there are only 17 spots on all 5,000 miles of the Mississippi
and St. Croix available 30’ from the waters edge and they
are all at Eagles Point. Due to Scenic Waterway restrictions
that will never change. Once these are sold, the best one

to see Eagles Point filled and sold out; having a motivated developer
and welcoming neighbors is an important timing advantage for all

• Currently, only 50% of the owners
use their home as their primary residence; the rest do not live
there full-time and they use it as a vacation, future retirement
or second home. This may change in the future, but right
now there is very limited use of the facilities.
